All-On-4
Solutions

From Failing Teeth to a Fixed, Confident Smile
For patients suffering from loose teeth, uncomfortable dentures, or severe dental breakdown, the "All-on-4" procedure is widely considered the ultimate solution.
This transformative treatment allows us to replace a full arch of teeth using just four to six dental implants. Unlike dentures, which can slip and cause soreness, All-on-4 bridges are permanently fixed in place. They allow you to eat the foods you love (including apples and steak), speak without a lisp, and smile without holding back.
Why Talk To Us About This?
Full arch surgery is a complex discipline. While many clinics offer this treatment, our approach is defined by our ability to handle the most difficult cases and our obsession with aesthetic detail.
1. We Handle the "Impossible" Cases
Standard implants require a certain amount of jawbone. If you have worn dentures for years, you may have been told you don't have enough bone for this procedure.
We specialise in advanced solutions for severe bone loss. We are one of the few clinics experienced in placing Zygomatic, Pterygoid, and Nasalis implants. These specialised implants anchor into the cheekbone or stable facial bones, bypassing the need for extensive bone grafting. This means that even if you have "no bone" left, we can almost certainly still provide you with fixed teeth.
2. Your Smile, Your Design
We do not believe in the "Hollywood White" factory-line smile—unless that is exactly what you want. We spend significant time in the design phase to create a smile that suits your face and personality.
-
Natural Character: We can mimic "natural aging," adding subtle character and translucency so the teeth look real, not fake.
-
The "Trial Smile": You are in control. Before the final teeth are made, you will wear a prototype. We can tweak the shape, shade, and position until you are 100% happy.

Different solutions to meet your budget
We believe in transparency. Regardless of which material option you choose, the surgical quality remains the premium standard. We use only top-tier, evidence-based implant brands for every single patient.
However, we offer flexibility in the final bridge materials to suit different budgets and needs:
The Premium Zirconia Option: The gold standard in aesthetics and strength. This is a precision-milled Zirconia bridge reinforced with a titanium bar. It is incredibly resistant to staining, chipping, and wear, offering the most lifelike light reflection.
The High-Impact Resin Option: A modern, cost-effective alternative. Using advanced 3D printing technology, we create a highly durable resin bridge. This is an excellent option for patients who want a fixed solution that is quicker to produce and more affordable, without compromising on the fixed nature of the teeth.
Your Journey To A new Smile
Step 1: The Deep-Dive Consultation (2 Hours)
We leave nothing to chance. Your initial assessment is a comprehensive 2-hour session. We will discuss your goals, review your medical history, and take detailed 3D CBCT scans*, digital impressions, and photographs. This allows us to plan your surgery with sub-millimeter precision.
Step 2: Surgery Day (Teeth in a Day)
You arrive in the morning and leave in the afternoon with fixed teeth. If you are nervous, we provide sedation to ensure you do not feel anxiety or discomfort. We remove any remaining failing teeth, place the implants, and fit your fixed temporary bridge immediately. You walk out smiling.
Step 3: Healing & Design
Over the next few months, your implants will integrate with your jawbone. During this time, you will function normally with your fixed temporary teeth. We will see you for a review after 2 weeks to ensure everything is healing perfectly.
Step 4: The Final Reveal
Once healing is complete, we take a new set of digital records. We design your perfect smile, something that looks right for you. You can test this smile out, and when we are sure its perfect - we will fabricate and fit your permanent bridge—stronger, more beautiful, and built to last.
*There is an additional fee for the CBCT scan, we do however take a general view X-ray to understand your situation. There is also additional fees for sedation, if required.

Frequently Asked Questions
I am terrified of the dentist. Can I be asleep?
We treat many patients with severe dental phobia. We offer intravenous (IV) sedation, which puts you in a state of deep relaxation. You will be conscious but unaware of the procedure, and most patients have no memory of the surgery afterwards.
Will I be without teeth?
Never. The beauty of this procedure is that you leave on the day of surgery with a fixed set of teeth. You will never have to wear a removable denture during the healing process.
